The next step was to converge user needs and business goals, and prioritize the features to be developed for the first version of the new app, based on the most frequent use cases for each profile of customers.

We’ve identified, in the form of user stories, the features that address user needs for each step. These features were then prioritized while taking into account technical constraints and business objectives (pilot, MVP, V1, etc.).

Our objectives were to bring the vision to life with mockups, paying close attention to usability, fluidity, and visual identity, and simulate target user journeys through an interactive prototype built in Figma.
